Chimney Cleaning Specials in San Antonio, TX

If you’re looking for a fair price on chimney work in San Antonio, call (361) 491-3153 and ask Kindling Chimney San Antonio what’s current. We run seasonal specials because burning season in Bexar County is predictable: fireplaces get used hard from November through February, and March is when the creosote bill comes due. Every offer below includes a written price before any work starts, so the number you hear on the phone is the number you’ll see on the quote.

Current Offers

Free Camera Inspection With Any Chimney Sweep

Book a standard chimney sweep and we’ll include a full camera inspection of the flue at no added cost. You’ll see the before and after photos yourself, including any cracks, gaps, or creosote buildup the camera finds. This is the same inspection we use to make repair recommendations, so if the liner needs attention, you’ll have the evidence in front of you, not just our word.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (361) 491-3153.

Seasonal Tune-Up for Gas Fireplaces: $50 Off

If you’ve got a gas fireplace in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, or anywhere else in San Antonio, spring is a good time to have the burner, pilot assembly, and venting checked before the unit sits idle through summer. This tune-up covers the standard inspection points and includes a written report on anything that needs attention, with no pressure to fix it on the spot.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (361) 491-3153.

First-Time Customer Courtesy: 10% Off a Standard Chimney Sweep

If Kindling Chimney San Antonio has never been to your home before, you qualify for 10% off a standard chimney sweep. That includes drop cloths and shoe covers before any equipment comes inside, pet-safe products where there’s a choice, and the photo of the clean-up before our techs leave. Danny Cortes runs every job with the same rule: you should be able to tell we were there only by the cleaner flue.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (361) 491-3153.

Senior and Military Courtesy: Free Smoke Chamber Brush-Up With Any Sweep

Active-duty military, veterans, and homeowners 65 and older get a free smoke chamber cleaning added to any standard sweep. The smoke chamber is the angled section above the firebox, and it collects a surprising amount of soot that most standard sweeps don’t reach unless you ask. We don’t charge extra for it when you mention this offer.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (361) 491-3153.

Free Estimate on Any Fireplace Repair

If your damper sticks, your firebox has cracked brick, or the liner needs a second opinion, our estimate is free. We’ll put the price in writing before any work starts, every time, no exceptions. That written estimate stands as your guarantee: no add-ons at the door, no surprise line items, and no pressure to sign anything while we’re standing in your living room.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (361) 491-3153.

How to Redeem

Redeeming any of these San Antonio offers is simple. First, call (361) 491-3153 and tell the person who answers which special you’re claiming. A real human picks up, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, no voicemail trees. Second, we’ll book the visit and confirm the offer applies to your chimney type and service needs. Third, just mention it again when our uniformed technician arrives, and we’ll apply it to your written quote. That’s the whole process.

Why Kindling Runs Specials This Way

Most chimney companies in San Antonio treat coupons as a way to get a foot in the door and then upsell. We don’t work that way. Every job gets the written-price rule and the 365-Day Done Right Promise, whether you’re using a coupon or paying full price. If the work isn’t right, we make it right. No fine print, no runaround. Danny Cortes has been doing this long enough to know that a special only works if the family actually saves money and gets a cleaner, safer chimney in the bargain.

What Every Offer Includes

Every coupon on this page comes with the full Kindling Chimney San Antonio standard. That means background-checked technicians in uniform, guided by the C.A.R.E. values on every visit: Courtesy, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Shoe covers and drop cloths go down before any equipment crosses your threshold. Nothing gets moved without asking, including furniture, decor, and kids’ toys. Pet-safe products are used where there’s a choice, and quiet tools are the default when kids are asleep or a dog is nervous in the next room. Before the crew leaves, someone takes a photo of the clean-up, so you can see the care we took with your floors and furniture.

Our repair work uses professional-grade materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. If your sweep turns up a liner issue or firebox damage, we’ll show you the camera footage and give you a written price on the repair. You’ll never be told to authorize work you haven’t seen justification for.

For exact pricing on any of these San Antonio chimney specials, call (361) 491-3153. Estimates are free, and the person on the other end of the line can give you a straight answer about what a sweep or repair will cost for your specific fireplace and flue configuration.
