Question 1

Can Kindling Chimney San Antonio clean my chimney the same day I call?

Accepted Answer

We book appointments, not dispatches. Call us during our open hours and we'll find the soonest slot that matches your schedule and our route. During peak burning season that may be a few days to two weeks out, so calling early is the best way to get the fire lit on your timeline. Call (361) 491-3153 and the coordinator will check the live calendar.

Question 2

Do you service the entire San Antonio metro?

Accepted Answer

We cover San Antonio and the surrounding cities listed above, including New Braunfels, Converse, Live Oak, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Universal City, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Kirby, and Castle Hills. If you're on the edge of that radius, call us. We'll confirm your address and tell you straight if we can reach you. Phone is (361) 491-3153.

Question 3

Is your work guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Every job we perform is covered by the Cedarwell Care Promise, which means the price is in writing before we start, the home is protected while we work, and you get a photo of the clean-up before we leave. If something isn't right, tell us. We'll make it right.

Question 4

Do you handle chimney repairs or just sweeping?

Accepted Answer

We handle both. Sweeping and inspection come first, because that's how we know what repairs are actually needed. From there we do liner repair and installation, crown repair, flashing correction, and damper replacement. Every repair recommendation comes with camera evidence you can see for yourself.
